As Festival du Voyageur celebrates 50 years of merry making, revelers are flocking to Fort Gibraltar for one extended kitchen party after the other. Heart-pounding live music, soaring snow sculptures and ripping-fast toboggan rides—it can certainly work up an appetite. Luckily, there is no shortage of soul-satisfying plates to keep everyone fueled for the next round.
